1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Enrollment and Fees

• Admission to any course is subject to availability of seats and meeting the basic eligibility criteria.
• Course fees must be paid in full or as per the agreed installment plan prior to the commencement of classes.
• Fees once paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

3. Conduct and Discipline

Students are expected to maintain strict discipline and professional behavior within the institute premises. Any form of misbehavior, damage to institute property, or disruption of classes may lead to immediate termination of enrollment without any refund.

4. Certification

Certificates will only be issued upon successful completion of the course, which includes maintaining a minimum attendance of 80% and passing all required practical and theoretical assessments.

5. Changes to Terms

Anew Technical Institute reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the Site. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the Site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
